Very happy with our new custom made awning. professional work from start to finish.
If you have done the research like we have to find an aluminum awning company, let alone a good one. Stop here. I paid a deposit on Saturday and my brand new awning with new posts was installed Tuesday. Could not be more impressed with the service.
Worst customer service ever, and I work in retail! Quoted and paid deposit but receptionist didn't know for what size or type, when finally called back said for railing and I ordered an awning. Um yah. After 2 months I finally got my awning after I called 2 times to find out when I was getting it.
