Although our furnace replacement wasn’t urgent, he came out within 24 hours to assess the situation. Shane is a stand up guy, providing unbeatable service and value. Approachable and knowledgeable, my home was inspected quickly, replacement procurement and installation (including custom ducting and return/exhaust) for my “vintage” furnace all within 36hours of first contact. Impressed? No, I was utterly shocked. A huge thank you to Luke who assisted throughout and put up with my dog staring over his shoulder. I had my furnace replaced by T M Heating & Cooling. Shane arrived ontime and went over the entire process and cost break down with me before beginning work. I found his price very reasonable and he did an excellent job on the install. He is going to be my hvac guy for any future service or repair.
As a Registered Nurse, I couldn't recomend Shane more. He worked around my busy schedule and was accomodating. Shane was able to install my HVAC system easily even though I did have a few hurdles and diffculties within my house. He even advised on the best product to get for my specific needs, provided valuable information for the future. I would 100% use TM Heating & Cooling again and recommend anyone in the area to as well!
* Update * 1 year later I had the exact same issue. Another tech from a reputable company came out and basically tore apart the state of my boiler setup after Shane had his hands on it. He basically said Shane had no clue what he was doing. I hope you enjoy the $20k you got out of me Shane. I made a mistake choosing this company to service my boiler and heat pumps. Cheated me out of thousands of dollars performing services without my consent and at massively inflated prices.
