I can’t say enough about the great people who work at this local hardware store. It was my first go round at fixing my toilet and with the help of the employees and their explanation they walked me through without calling a plumber! The store has everything you need and more, love to shop local and support local and they make it easy to do so! Thanks again for saving me a plumbing call and being there for all my home improvement needs!!!
Staff was super friendly and informative! They wasted no time on the phone when I asked if they had an item in stock then when I came in were helpful with cashing me out. Would drive the 20min to them again!!!
I gave 2 stars because the (I'm guessing) manager was super helpful and extremely nice. But, the cashier was Not. I went in looking for centipede killer and she told me back wall. I went back and was looking everywhere and didn't see it, thank goodness the manager (mentioned above) happened to be back there and seen I looked lost and Asked if I needed anything. I really want to support local business like this, and it pains me to offer a negative review, but I drove considerably out of my way to make a visit to this store, rewarding them for being open on a Sunday. When I asked the young women at the front counter if they or someone would be able to give me some advice on what to purchase to accomplish a fairly routine home improvement task, the reply was "there's no one here that can answer that. Not every employee is as knowledgeable or friendly as others. Experienced a completely unhelpful person who did have time to bring their child with them to work behind the counter. I won't ever shop there or support them again.
