Always a timely delivery, and wonderful customer service.
Ran out of oil on a Sunday, called them up and they said they would try to be out if not that day the next. They showed up an hour later. I have used them for several years and service has always been above and beyond.
Delivered my heating oil within an hour of placing the online order and during a snow storm. Highly Recommend!!
New customer, bad experience with Costello. Never received services paid for as expected. Called this company and they were out an hour later. Receptionist was kind and accommodating. My kids have heat now thank you for taking care of us immediately. Update 12/22 again I was out of oil they were here an hour later! Thank you!
