My car was barely moving, needed somewhere to go fast. They took my car in no problem (IMMEDIATELY). In and out in under 40min. with an engine issue. Best automotive service experience thus far in Lancaster!
This afternoon I stopped at this place of business, hoping to set up an appointment in order to have a vehicle repaired. After waiting a couple of minutes, I was met by a borderline-angry heavyset gentleman whose immediate response to my greeting was an unpleasant tap on his elevated wrist, followed by him saying “it’s late!” in an elevated tone of voice. Don’t recommend this place spent a lot of money and my problems with the car are worse now , they unorganized and give you fake promises I wouldn’t trust them with anymore cars,, when I gave u the used part and 1,400 why didn’t you do a diagnosis for 125$ ,and you say supposedly the 125 diagnostics those towards the repair fees why not charge me that 125$ before you just started working if your professional like you told me and my friend like you told me I came back 3 times and paid for the same part and still have the same ... read more
