I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from T&M Roadside Assistance. I requested help over TWO HOURS ago, and no one ever showed up. When I called to check on the status, the representative who answered the phone was immediately rude and unprofessional.I also recorded a 2nd call of me asking for the manager. Great experience with T&M Automotive! I work next door and was having issues with my tire. Heath, the general manager, came over to take a look to ensure I don't damage my tire more by driving over and found the problem right away. Super friendly and professional! Go see Heath and his team!
