Great customer service and a great all around experience. They really helped take care of the car and found the issues right away, were super friendly, and got everything fixed in a very fast time frame. The pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely be returning for future car work that I need. Thank you all so much! You guys are amazing!
Always honest, no high pressure scare tactics. Heath the service manager is also very easy to work with & talk to.
A very good local shop! I bought new rims for my car, and Heath was very helpful and let me know they can totally help me! This was amazing news for me, since someone else in town wouldn’t do this, and T & M is close to my workplace. The team was very fast and did a very good job, taking care of my car. I was let know about my brakes needing replacement soon, instead of them trying to force it onto me first! A very honest and friendly business and I will definitely be back!
I was coming home today across the JB Bridge and ran over something and my tire started to go flat. I had just enough time to make it to the shop. Walked in in full panic mode and they got me in immediately and took care of the issue and I was back on the road withing 20 minutes. I cannot thank them enough. This place has always been a goto back in the day when I had older vehicles and I would have to say they still are! Thank you T & M!!!
Had an issue with the 2021 Nissan Altima. It wouldn’t start at the bank in Columbia. Had it towed to T & M Automotive. Spoke with Heath about my issues with the car and he was very helpful and told me they would check it out. They told me after testing the charging system the battery had failed.
