I rented a UHaul from this place, and placed a reservation a week and a half in advance. It was confirmed multiple times prior to my arrival. I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:30 appointment, the place was closed and they cancelled my reservation at 3:30 and never let me know. Horrible way to do business.
Great service of work. Got the job done. However take pictures of your car before you take it in. All I wanted to know is how did I get a crack in my windshield? Didn’t charge me for service but didn’t give me an explanation besides.” It could have been from the sun” Thanks T&M for taking ownership and accountability…….Not at all!!!!
