Last year, I took my van for a transmission repair, they told me they were going to order a new transmission. So I paid them $3k as deposit and total price to be 6k. Months later, it still wasn't ready, told me they have the factory invoice and so fort and so on. Gave me all sorts of execeus. Finally, after 9 months, I picked it up. Drove it for 2 weeks.
