This auto repair shop is both unprofessional and dishonest. I brought my Mini Cooper in for a simple brake pad replacement, but it turned into a nightmare. Not only did the repair take much longer than expected, but they also mishandled the process. While replacing the brake pads, they somehow damaged a component and had to order a new part, which significantly increased the cost. What should have been a straightforward service ended up costing me over $800. I will never return to this shop, nor would I recommend it to anyon... read more
