My alternator FIIINALLY died... And what I THOUGHT was going to be a simple $200 job... Quickly turned into a $1000 AVERAGE QUOTE for alternator replacement on my 2003 Volkswagen Passat and I called about 30 different shops/mechanics. I called T&M Auto Electric in Noho and when he quoted mii $490 I Had to ask about 3 different times if tht was including parts and labor And he stated yes!¡!...
