We had a great experience with Tim and Lindsey! Our old house presented many challenges, with a large number of windows of various types and conditions. They tackled all of them over a span of two days, including screen and storm window cleaning and all the sills. They are both very friendly and pleasant to work with and I especially appreciated how quickly Tim answered my texts and how he kept us informed of their arrival times. We will definitely hire them again.
Tim and Lindsey did an excellent job! Very detail oriented and efficient. Super friendly and easy to communicate with as well. Great vibe, will definitely come back to them!
Tim showed up at my house by himself, so I had some reservations, even though my house is not huge. I left him in the house with my Contractor and returned a few hours later and was quite blown away by his work inside and out, basement and garage included. A job very professionally done. I asked my my Contractor how Tim was and all he could say was “Oh, he’s good!!”

Tim Thompson of Pioneer does beautiful, meticulous work. This time he washed our windows and screens and the entire outside of our house and garage, treating metal, Trex, pavement, and stucco surfaces in the manners they required. Communications, timeliness, and overall TLC were all outstanding — and the price was utterly reasonable. We’ve done this a few times — once before with Pioneer. In our experience, no one else in the region comes anywhere close.
