Tim Thompson of Pioneer does beautiful, meticulous work. This time he washed our windows and screens and the entire outside of our house and garage, treating metal, Trex, pavement, and stucco surfaces in the manners they required. Communications, timeliness, and overall TLC were all outstanding — and the price was utterly reasonable. We’ve done this a few times — once before with Pioneer. In our experience, no one else in the region comes anywhere close.

Tim was not only proficient but he went beyond expectations. Plus he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Safety was very important to him. He didn’t cut corners to get done faster. He used tools and supplies that are modern and eco friendly. I highly recommend Tim Thompson. He’s a hard worker who does quality work.

T & L provided on-time, outstanding window cleaning inside and outside at our home. They are experienced and fast, leaving nothing undone. We have difficult to get at atrium windows which were absolutely no problem and shined beautifully after being washed. Prices are reasonable. You cannot do better than with the friendly people of T & L.
