Great service manager, mechanics and one heck of a parts department.
They told me they have the parts. After they pulled the parts out of my truck they found out they don't have the parts (ac blower for truck and 2 automatic valves for trailer). So they put my old parts back and they charged me for labor and for the time they'vebeen lookingfor parts. Meanwhile they did an oil change. So I ended up paying for an oil change and filters $1432 at the rate $125 per hour that they have. That's ridiculous.
