I'll start this off by saying I did not pay for their service but was the recipient of their service. During the purchase of a home in Aubrey, they were contracted by our sellers to pump the conventional 3 chamber tank of the house we were buying. They charged our seller $852.23 for their service that was unsupervised prior to our closing. This pump was done on 16 April. Highly Recommended: T & L recently replaced my aerobic septic system. Their Statement of Work and pricing were more detailed than other companies I interviewed, leaving no “surprises” when the job was completed. The work crew was experienced, professional, and considerate . During installation, extra care was taken around my irrigation system, buried fiber optic cable, and young trees close to the work site.
