This company is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend. They never confirmed an appointment time for a service call and just showed up at the house. I had to leave work to meet the guy at our house. They charged $140 for a service call and then another $200 to replace 2 sprinkler heads. The sprinkler heads cost $35 each online (I’m sure they get them for cheaper than that) and he took 10 minutes to install. Nobody ever talked about pricing. Completely awful. My mother received services and had questions about the fees. She got transferred to the owner, who called her OCD, threatened to recharge additional fees they had previously not included, and called her a liar. I called to express my concerns, I got transferred to the owner who said his name was Kyle. I began expressing my disappointment and he interrupted me and hung up on me. Disgusting. Unfortunate because the manager seemed very nice as well the servicer.
Don was my Tech, and he was very courteous and helpful. He even fixed a problem that I introduced to the system when I worked on the previous weekend. Super nice man.
Bryan and Don from TNL Septic came out to pump my septic and fixed the issues I was having. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on, what caused the problem, and how I can help prevent any future mishaps or breakdowns. They were truly professional, courteous, and very informative throughout the entire process.
