Last weekend the power to our septic system unknowingly went out. By the time we noticed and had T&L come out, it was Thursday and the tanks were completely full. Since it was an emergency situation, they put us on the calendar for the next morning, and the owner himself came and pumped our system at 7am, saving us from a back flow situation. I contacted T&L Septic from Denton Texas to come clean out our septic during the cold winter days in February and they and all the other septic companies told me it was too cold to come because of the temperature. I understood but I take care of my parents who are 88 and they need assistance with the commode but it was backed up. Thank God hospice helped me with a bedside commode! TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! They came out twice and pumped our septic system. After one weeks time our system was full again. They couldn’t have fully pumped it the first time. They would NOT come back out unless we paid $575 again!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
