I’m not sure why this place has that many 5 star reviews. The nail technicians are not good. The set that I have gotten done are not it. They supposedly advertise to cater to kids nails, but that’s a lie. They only offer one package of $40 for a 10 year-old to get done. I switched to a different salon and they allowed me to pay maximum $15 for the same set. The prices are ridiculous. The extra charges for certain things are ridiculous. i walked in to an empty shop hoping to get a full set done .. they said they only took appointments….. on the window it says “walk ins welcome . Enough said .

They came out good but I asked for the package #3 and even showed her with my hand 3 fingers up yet when they charged me it was much more, I asked why was it not adding up to what I had “agreed” and they said they understood package #2 which I guess its a $14 difference. And honestly that was not my fault especially when I put 3 fingers up. $14 difference for something that was their mistake should had been on them thats not client friendly.

Terrible terrible experience. The man who always sits in the massaging chair when you walk in, had such attitude the whole experience. I didn’t mind coming another time if it was too late? But his attitude made me feel uncomfortable, an the nails looked like child press on play nails.

I went in asking for mani, pedi, and a full set of French acrylic nails. It was nice, the people were there. But I did not like how my nails turned out. Mind you, I paid $85 +$10 in tips. I loved the pedicure, I did white gel nail polish. And my acrylics were gel polish as well. I’m just not happy with how they came out. The lines were smeared and kind of uneven. There is a lint on a nail too. I don’t think I’ll go back for acrylics, just for a pedicure.
