Good haircut but charges are based on mood! Last time charged me $18 this time it was $25 and tips are expected in Cash!

Hate I ask 2 fingers cut and they cuted 5 fingers I hate this salon 😠
The guy who does the haircut is not trained or he does not know how to cut hairs. He is always in a rush and does not know the difference between fades. Not going there anymore. Very disappointed
