I wanted new countertops for my newly purchased home and had my eye on a specific item in this store. The ones out were damaged. The associate told me that she needed to check with the manager when they will open a new crate. Later she told me a manager named Franco would call me back, but after multiple follow-ups, including a few calls and even a couple trips back in person.
