I wanted new countertops for my newly purchased home and had my eye on a specific item in this store. The ones out were damaged. The associate told me that she needed to check with the manager when they will open a new crate. Later she told me a manager named Franco would call me back, but after multiple follow-ups, including a few calls and even a couple trips back in person. We tried to get some countertops. When we asked them the price they said it is around $300-$400 per piece. We try to get some advices somehow the sales person explained the way that they think we know what we wanted to buy but as a customer, we try to get as much information as possible. Lots of choices we couldn’t get enough information to make a purchase. They are mainly selling, not installing. It is a place with lot of choices. It is good for someone with knowledge to buy and go.
