When we relocated to Jasper Indiana the real estate inventory was very low and we were unable to find a home to purchase. We were pleasantly surprised after discussing building with Todd that we could lock into a contract price and did not have to get a construction loan. Previous to contacting them, I was trying to work out building plans and the process by myself as a single parent- My good friend put me in contact with Al. We built with Kerstiens 10 years ago and this house has been one of the best built homes we have ever lived in. We have never had any issues and I would not hesitate to build with Todd again.
