Disappointed in their response to my service needs. Power was out at our house and the generator failed to come on. It was Friday at 3:30. I called 2x and never got a response. I couldn’t find any emergency number to call. We were SC for the winter and we were lucky that a neighbor let us know we had power issues. True story. I very recently moved into a house with a power generator. The other day a huge thunderstorm knocks the power out and the generator kicks in. "Great", I think, love it. But, about an hour later, it stalls, dies, won't restart. So I go outside and pop the lid open, looking around inside. All of a sudden out of nowhere the owner of this electric company named Tim stops by to see what's up. Seems he happened to be driving by and spied me with the lid up.
