TK takes time to properly diagnose the problem and do things right. Many shops will just change out parts until they stumble across the solution, running up costs and shop time $$$, but TK will correctly diagnose the problem and fix the root cause of the problem. We have had three family cars serviced here, one is a newer Lexus, and two others are a 300,000+ mile Toyota Camry and a 200,000 mile Audi. All three are running strong and problem free. Not every shop will take the time to do things right, but TK automotive does.
TK Automotive doesn't pay his bills. Authorizes work and then when work is completed, he'll put a stop payment on the check so he doesn't have to pay. Then he either doesn't answer the telephone or if he does, he pretends like he can't hear you or he'll just hang up on you.
Never picks up the phone or calls you. You will have to stalk the company in person if you have any questions or concerns
