Got a flat tire on the way to Denver from North Carolina. TJ was a life saver or I'd have been stranded for a whole weekend. My tires are not common and would have to be ordered in from any tire shop, but TJ connected me with a local tow company who offered to find the tire in another town and bring it to me from 3 hours away, and TJ let me hang out with them the whole time and I felt I was in good hands. Had a tire start to come apart and limped in off the highway. A gentleman said to go see TJ and he would get me back on the road. After 3 or 4 calls he found the right size tire (not a common size) and got me back on the road. Great group of guys working there! Thanks TJ for your help and great customer service!!
Got a flat almost an hour away from the tire shop, and they found me by the side of the road, helped me get my spare on, and then got me a new tire! Kind and hard-working, and patient. Thanks guys!
