We ordered a propane fireplace insert the first of October and the didn’t get it finished until the week before Christmas. No discount because of the long time. We ordered a propane fireplace insert but they received a gas insert. They had to get a part made to change it over. No discount for the long time getting the insert in. Nice servicemen but I would not recommend for a fireplace insert or any major installations.
