We hired TJ’s to do the plumbing/HVAC on a higher end remodel at our residence as they were locally owned and advertised in Boston Design Guide. Figuring if a contractor advertised in BDG, they must be good, right? Not the case at all, Tim Cutler, the owner, promised the world and didn’t even do the basics. He said he would be doing the work on my home because it was a higher end remodel, however we never saw him except when he was dropping off equipment Etc. This is the most unproffesional "company" I have ever experienced! The lady answering the phone knows nothing and TJ decided to completely forget about me, never returned my calls, never showed up. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE.
Oh tank less boiler blew a sensor and Tim (owner) was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone with me prior to arriving to our home in a few short hours. Came in with the part and fixed fast and on a Sunday emergency call. THANKS!
