I called to get some repairs doen and they told me that they werent sure they even wanted to attempt the repair. They said if something went wrong that they could lose the shop. It was a gearing problem. If they are too scared they will mess up I wouldnt take my bike to them in a million years. I highly adivse against this shop.

I have to agree, you get what you pay for. Stick with an established company that is fully licensed.
There are better shops in Redding. This isnt one of them. Doubtful they last to long.
