Been in the landscaping business for over a decade and never had customer service as bad as I experienced with Star. They fail to deliver on there promises and then will ignore your phone calls and never call you back.
Don’t bother. John, the sales manager, doesn’t have 5 minutes of his 24 hour day to assist people looking to purchase sod from them. I recommend you look somewhere else. This company doesn’t care about your sod needs.
Joke of a company they can’t keep track of where there guys are, one of their company trucks ran me off the road ( while he was texting) took a pic of truck but they don’t have gps so it’s unsolved. Clearly they only half pay attention while driving so what’s to say about the rest of their work. ALSO TRAIN PEOPLE HOW TO DRIVE TRAILERS SAFELY DIPSHITSS!!!
We recently had Star Turf deliver and install 32 pallets of sod for our property. They were outstanding to work with. The office communication was great and the production team was even better. The crew was professional, courteous and efficient! We are very pleased we selected them for our project!
