I have been doing business with West Coast Star Turf for several years and always have a pleasant experience. Staff is always very helpful and the sod always in top tier condition. Thanks Star Turf! :)
Staff members are not welcoming.
Been in the landscaping business for over a decade and never had customer service as bad as I experienced with Star. They fail to deliver on there promises and then will ignore your phone calls and never call you back.
Don’t bother. John, the sales manager, doesn’t have 5 minutes of his 24 hour day to assist people looking to purchase sod from them. I recommend you look somewhere else. This company doesn’t care about your sod needs.
