I refinanced with T.J. Financial Inc through my broker friend. It was the 4th time. It is only good if they are not your loan service agent. If they are, it sucks. No website you can make electronic payment. You have to make a check. I am the one who usually pay a little more to the principal depending on when I have excess cash. NEVER refinance with them!!!!!!
