I like this store. The owner is nice. And the girl working the front is super cute. On a serious note, I appreciate that I can always provide feedback on products I’d like to see and they order them.
I wanted to support this business, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I booked an appointment through the online scheduling system. While the website stated that there were no refunds, it did not clearly disclose that I would be charged the full cost of the style at the time of booking. Owners are nice. Store has great deals. They don't follow you around and make you feel uncomfortable. The employees are helpful and kind. Support where you are valued. Thank you for being here. O they braid and do hair inside the store as well and are reasonable with quality work.
