My car was a complete mess when I brought it in, but Terry took extra time with it to make sure every single thing was resolved. Joanne has top tier customer service skills and also took time to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done and gave me many reasonable options. I understand why they are the top recommended shop in the area. My car was ready in one day and it feels brand new. Thank you both so much! I will be back.
