I found the staff down-to-earth and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions that I asked except they did not know the next winning lottery numbers. I was allowed to inspect the completed work and even pictures. The installation was clean and neat. I received an upfront cost for parts and labor. They will even give you a cup of coffee if you beg like a drunken sailor trying to sober up.

Everyone here is great. My car is in great hands. The price is never through the roof.
Was in a car accident took my car to high caliber. They subbed almost all the work to T an J. These people could not get it right they had my truck over three times it still leaked antifreeze and tranny fluid and after two different times- finally the third time High caliber sent me to Ford to have it fixed correctly. Do not recommend high caliber or T an J auto repairs they give you the runaround and they have bad attitudes when you confront them about it. Stay clear.
