Messaging a client after hours and saying not so nice things is NOT professional. I have the receipts. Y’all were asked one thing to be done and ended up doing more than what we had asked for and expect us to pay your over priced assistance that was not asked for. Be aware of what you ask them to do and make sure you make yourself VERY clear on what it is so you don’t get overcharged.
