I currently have a service contract w/Sierra and they made an outlandish recommendation so my instinct was to get a second opinion. Sandeep, technician, just saved me $3500+. He came and proved with a camera that Sierra's recommendation was not needed at all! I will be cancelling all my business with Sierra and switching to TJ. Very fair and affordable.
Really professional set up. Installation went off without any issues.
