Buyer beware, I paid around $300 (Had to pay in advance) for a service tech to come out and fix my 4 year old split system, everything worked fine except it wasn't as cold as it used to be. having changed the filters and cleaned the unit I suspected the unit was low on gas, I gave all this information to the company when I booked the job, including type of gas etc. and was told someone would be out in 4 days. My new split system air-conditioning system was ordered and installed within 2 weeks. Excellent service and the fitting process was made easy by the super efficient and knowledgeable team. It was a pleasure doing business with T&J AIR CONDITIONING and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
T & J admin staff were friendly and helpful. Braden who attended site was polite & friendly he listened to what I said investigated the situation and liased with tech support to deduce the fault. A credit to the company. About 5 days after the above visit Braden & Tom were at my house at the appointment time. They were both friendly and told me what they were going to do and then very competently went about their work.
