After looking at last review 6 yrs ago, nothings changed then! We only contacted him as he is on the Broadgate website and our home is a Broadgate new build. 1st appointment day came and went, no phone call to say why so had to chase him up to be told his guy had gone to wrong address! 2nd appointment made, didn't show up either - phoned but didn't answer so left voicemail no response to date. Absolutely disgraceful! Had to make 2 appointments with this guy! In his favour, my partner was up late for the first one, she rang him, and he said he'd ring back as soon as possible. After some couple hours of not getting back to us, my partner then messaged him asking to ring back. He sorted a new appointment for 8 am the following Tuesday (today) my partner was up at 7, and ready for 8.
