I recently moved out after two years at The Griff and was hit with $1,180 in move-out charges, including a $250 “holdover fee” because staff didn’t accept my keys until 12:10 PM — even though I was waiting in the office before noon. This appears to be a pattern: I later found other tenants reported the exact same experience, and still got charged.
