I've been a patient with Dr. Alam for about 15 yrs, and trust him completely in my medical care. Dr.Alam looks out for my best interest and has gone above and beyond for me. His office staff are very friendly and always helpful.

The Dr. would never meet with me in person. Had 1 phone appt with him, which he was 50 minutes late for. I've never met him IRL, even when he did my colonoscopy, never talked to me. All other contact was with his NP. They won't answer the phone or return calls when you leave a voice mail. I'm trying to reach them now to have my records sent over to my new gastro, but they are nonresponsive.
