A fantastic and chill place to achieve your workout goals. Everyone’s so friendly and you don’t get that weird pressure to perform like you do at other gyms. A place where you won’t be harassed for being different. Highly recommend 🥰
i've been here for a little under a month now and t gen has the friendliest and most supportive you'll ever meet - both among staff and other members! i was super nervous getting into the gym as someone who's trans and neurodivergent and i'm so glad i went with these amazing people!

A lovely welcoming gym, even for an unfit 52 year old like me with no prior weight training experience. Sam is a super responsive and ethical owner and a lovely human, who very kindly bought me a sandwich when I flaked it in my first workout by not eating breakfast. Beyond the call of duty! I was warmly shepherded through my orientation by gorgeous member-welcomer Ez.
