My elderly landlord had Todd out to diagnose standing water near a septic tank. When Todd found a clogged drain line underneath the house we were very skeptical. I guess his years of experience paid off because he was right. Keep in mind this was Friday afternoon at 5:30. He returned Monday morning with the same happy demeanor that he had Friday afternoon and fixed the problem quickly. We could hardly have asked for better service; Todd replaced a leaking Rheem hot water heater that was still under warranty (and in an awkward space!) and the labor charge remained the same as it had been ALMOST 5 years ago.
Todd Gaster is the owner/operator of T.G. Plumbing. He was very responsive to my request, showed up on time, and took the time to ensure the work was performed correctly. High Quality, prompt, and at a fair price. Highly recommended.
Honest and upfront. Went above and beyond to ensure we wouldn't have anymore issues. Came the very next day and was a really nice guy! Saved me hundreds over the competitor! (We had our water heater replaced) Will definitely call again if we have any other plumbing needs!
