Tim Lee is the man of the hour. Talk about quality service - our furnace went out on a Friday morning, and the thought of having to shiver in the cold was unbearable. Tim was the shining light in a dark situation. One Facebook message and he was on my doorstep with a smile. After looking the situation over, we had to order some parts, and they wouldn’t be in until the next day. Tim was fantastic! Our gas/hot water furnace from the 70s desperately needed a service, he was very knowledgeable and repaired the vent pipe as well as replaced our auto water feed pipe, since both were dysfunctional. After all of this I surely thought the bill was going to be very high, but it was very reasonable! Great service and great prices!! Thanks Tim!
