What kind of customer service are you providing and not acknowledging your customer!? This is the worst experience I have ever had!! You walk in the first time no hello nothing!! My appointment was at 11am, I drove 30 mins to get my haircut done.. and this is how they treat their customers and have them wait past their appointment time while taking her sweet time!!!
