Took a few of my cars there and they’ve been pretty good up until recently. I booked my car in for oil change and diagnostics, the one thing I needed they couldn’t do, the oil change. I booked it in 2 weeks prior so they had time to prep for the oil change. A bit dissatisfied, nice people but won’t be returning.
This outfit is just The Best. They go out of their way to fit me in when I [inevitably] forget about my MOT, and they're always super clear about what absolutely needs doing, what 'ought' to be done, and what I could probably get away with not doing at all. Hard to find such great advice and such a good service.
