Tom is one of the top appraisers in my opinion in Washington state. He does a thorough job and is always on time. Communication is very good. If you’re looking for someone that knows how to appraise properties correctly and knows the many rules and regulations he is the one to hire! 5 stars!
This appraisal company did an appraisal for our home, for a refinance. He used homes that were NOT AT ALL comparable. Our home has a 180 degree view, a swimming pool, is 5 years old. The comprises were much older, not the same quality, 2 of 3 had absolutely no view and none had a pool. He very easily could have found the numerous homes that were truly comparable, size, age, views etc. Maybe it was because it was for a refinance, that he didn’t do his due diligence, bit to have our home apprised at a laughable price?
