My grandma called him this week to look at her refrigerator. He drove 10 maybe 15 minutes and was there maybe 5 minutes. He took a look at it and told her, this is what's wrong with it, but I don't work on those and then slapped her with a bill for an $80 service charge. You provided no service. You ripped off an 80 year old woman. You can't say you're a repairman that works on refrigerators and only work on certain parts. Great people and great prices
Was very professional and friendly.
My mom’s fridge quit working. Her typical repairman said it’d be 7-8 days til he could look at repairing it. I called T & G late morning Wednesday, and Gary called back that afternoon, and went to her house to eval and make repairs the next morning! Gary is very nice, thorough, and the services were quite reasonably priced. We will definitely use their service for our future appliance repairs! Thank you, Gary!
