I sent a request online and was contacted promptly. I explained I needed some small electrical, plumbing and drywall fixed. He said “Oh ok, I can probably come out Friday. Let me check my schedule and call you back.” It’s been three weeks. I’m sorry my job was too small for you to bother. If you had just been honest and told me that I would have called someone else. 🙁
We had an issue with a frozen pipe at our store during the extreme drop in temperatures recently, and T. Franklin was so helpful and sent his plumber Gerry to our rescue within an hour or so!! Very impressed with how helpful and prompt they both were!! Really helped me with my husband out of town!!
