Awful experience. Impatient and rude staff. The will not honor your warranty. You will be better off contracting customer support over the phone. Ultimately that's what they will push you to do in the store, I was forced into T-Mobile when they merged with sprint. If I haven't already had my same number and account for over 19 years.. the last time I visited this location I would have started looking at different service..this last experience has unfortunately made me look into finding another carrier. T Mobile is the worst store. No matter where you go. These workers probably help 5 people in an 8 hour shift. Worthless. Way too long of a wait anyday anywhere. Horrible. Switching my whole family over to someone else
This 5 star review is only for the first 2 times that I visited this store. Anthony and Dan were amazing. They helped us walk through all the process nicely. On the other hand, I went back again today (10/14/2025) at noon. I met this guy ( the one with no facial hair) and asked him about dropping off the trade in phones. I got the answer though but didn’t like the way he talks and his attitude. He acts like he’s the smartest guy in the whole world.
Always understaffed and super slow.
