Extremely rude and unprofessional service I went to this T-Mobile store to register a new line for my daughter. The male staff who helped us was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive from the beginning. He made us feel like we were a burden rather than valued customers. Having me wait for hours to return their own internet gateway, which is already canceled. Poor customer service with lazy workers. Go to another tmobile.
Jaden is a liability to this store. I went in today to trade in my phone for a Galaxy Fold. My son has one and I told him I want the same one. I even gave him his phone number on the account so there would be no mistakes. Jaden accessed my account and processed the transaction. I bought the phone and when he brought it out, I opened it and saw that it was not a Galaxy Fold, but a Galaxy Flip. Went to this store on June 12th and Justin the assistant manager was great. He helped us to upgrade 2 of the phones and said he would take the 2 old phones back for a credit. He told us to go home and copy all the data so they could be free to help other customers (store was busy). We did that and today I went back to return the 2 phones for the credit, BUT Jaden (awful clueless employee) said he could not receive one of the phones back. This store is always understaffed, every single time I have been here. The workers are very nice and are doing the best they can, but management needs to hire more staff
