RecommendedBig place, a lot of room but took 4 hours to load
Used to be loyal customer. Have several pots and pans that i bought years ago and they are wonderful, the roaster oven that I recently bought and have only used a few times has the non stick coating coming off. Messaged T fall privately and no response. They obviously don't stand by their products. Time to share the video I made of the roaster openly on facebook.
By far the worst pans that I've purchased I got the 18 piece 4 / $100 tried to do my warranty they gave me the run-around sent me the wrong pans when I finally got them to help me for me to call back and got a very rude representative that works for them have to talk to a manager they wouldn't put one on told me that have one call One never did so I've had to call back again for him to tell me that the pans I sent me me were an upgrade from what I have which they weren't they were a 12-piece small frying pans and stuff in th... read more
Stanless still cookware is well made and durable. The cookware was a Christmas gift from several years ago, I can't really compare it to anything they make now. The Deep Fryer I recently purchased that has auto filtration does not get hot enough for proper frying. Disappointed.
The lid on a boiler exploded while I was cooking!! I called and spoke with several reps a S supervisors, and they offered to replace the lid, if I shipped it back!.. Really???, Worst customer service ever!!!!
Share this please. Never purchase a Tfal appliance if you live in Florida. The closest repair center is Vero Beach. Since it's out of warranty they could care less. The Damn thing was only used twice.

I'm super disappointed in the iron model 4476 It leaks and the steam stopped working. It's about 6 months old. Hopefully someone can help me. I chose carefully, apparently not careful enough.
