I’m sure you’re fantastic plumbers, but you tend to lose new clients when you’re in such a hurry to your current client, that you tailgate and dangerously cut off people on Lexington Highway in your company van. Not a good look. ETA: my vehicle was the one tailgated and cut off within inches of my bumper with no signal. “Sorry I feel that way” and claiming I don’t know what your employee is experiencing is not an apology, it’s an excuse, which is not appropriate. We have been chasing a gas leak in our home that we just moved into. It has been a puzzle. I have had Nick, Tim, Chris, Aaron,& Wesley to our house. They were professional and knowledgeable.
