We just completed building our family home in Highland Lakes Reserve with TE James & it was not what we imagined or hoped for. We were promised 3D renditions that were never delivered. They made countless mistakes, some never corrected. Both completion dates were not met. We are already under contract to repair & undo the poor work they refused to take responsibility for. We have had 4 homes built our experience with TE James has been exceptional. The team from Tommy on down bent over backwards to build us a beautiful home. Jamie and Kim in the office were always professional, friendly and if they didn't have the answer they found someone who did, our project supervisor, Brian, we can't express enough how great he was, kept up with contractors, checked constantly with us even after we've moved in. It's an extremely well built home with quality materials.
