Went here years ago , they broke my patient confidentiality by giving away my address and info ,things id said to someone , no help , theyve no clue about mental health or dealing with it ,and cause I complained theyve ignored Dr's referrals for 8 years,they just patronise you and talk down at you ,you have no continuity with someone you see,the phone number on here doesn't even work, usual NHS standard.of employee who dont care less , dont know their job and just plod on to get paid without needing to do much
Awful! How they get away with half of the stuff they do is beyond me. One Psychiatrist didn't like the fact that my family raised an issue with them, so she decided, very deviously to put in a fake report on me, putting me in a bad light. Lucky for me I can prove it wrong, but these are the people who you will be dealing with. They don't care, in a caring profession. It's 2023!

Constantly forgotten about and when they realise they have forgotten to get back after 6 month contact you and then forget about you again feels like a revolving door
Poor attitude, lack of care and sympathy for an individual suffering with mental health. Under the mental health service.
