This wood couldn't be any wetter. 90% of the wood still has the bark on it. About 1 out of 300 pieces is close to seasoned. Moisture content is close to 50% across the dozens of pieces I tested. They sell by the pound rather than the cord because they'd have to give you five times the wood. A well-run family business, great for buying firewood products and hardwoods. Does occasionally have to tolerate a few rude people that happen to leave unnecessary and irrelevant reviews. However, is still an efficient business and a valuable asset to the surrounding community providing excellent customer service and timber products. I highly recommend conducting business with T&D/Laurelville Firewood.
