I would never use this place. Something feels very unprofessional about them. The people who answer the phones don’t seem well trained in communication and tactfulness in how to engage in with clients. They seem lost and not trustworthy as well as a guy today seemed irritable and spoke like a smart ass. Very pushy as well. The service is very professional no playing, no laughing, no joking, right to the point of doing a clients taxes. It was done in a timely fashion and we will be coming back, and bringing more clients to have their taxes done by TD Emory CPA.
