After an awful experience with another preparer last year I was grateful for the smooth and professional experience this year after contracting Troy and his team. He answered every question I had and the team always was sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I will definitely be using them next year.
I would never use this place. Something feels very unprofessional about them. The people who answer the phones don’t seem well trained in communication and tactfulness in how to engage in with clients. They seem lost and not trustworthy as well as a guy today seemed irritable and spoke like a smart ass. Very pushy as well. I’m very happy I dodged what looks to be a bullet in relying on this company to do my taxes. I see the last review where they didn’t even file someone’s taxes.
