I had an unusual tax liability situation arising from mistaken employer paperwork a decade ago. Troy walked me through the steps, worked his contacts, and made sure that my case got resolved. It was a complex issue involving multiple states and a lost refund and he got it all done for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
