Horribly quality home builders! All windows leak, doors leak. "2 yr old home" supposedly gutted row home is covered in water damage. Door frames were not even attached to the frame of the house! Just held in place by molding. Wood floors were finished on sight. They have huge gaps in between boards, the finish has worn off(its just my husband and I).
