I brought my vehicle in to have the blower motor replaced. Before the repair, the HVAC controls worked properly and I could switch between A/C and heat without any issues. The day after picking up my vehicle, the switch stopped working entirely. When I contacted the shop, I was told the problem was unrelated to their work. Since the issue appeared immediately after the repair, I sought a second opinion from another mechanic. Instead of simply telling me to bring the car in and charging me for a diagnostic, he took the time to provide trustworthy advice and guidance over the phone.
